✨ How to Enrol at Infused Dance & Fitness ✨

Joining us is easy! Here’s how to get started:

  1. Sign up and fill out the enrolment form –

  2. Choose your class – Pick the program that suits your age, level, and interests.

  3. We’ll be in touch! – Once we receive your form, we’ll confirm your spot and send all the details.

  4. Come along and have fun! – Your first class is FREE, so come try it out and see what we’re all about 💃🕺

Agreement Form

  • All fees must be paid by the due date on the invoice. Fees are invoiced on a term by term basis.

  • Infused Fitness & Dance and its employees are not liable for any loss or damage of student/client items.

  • Where a student is unable to attend a private lesson, Infused Dance will offer the student to make an equivalent make up private lesson if notification of this absence is made at least 6 -12 hours prior to the lesson start time. The make up lesson will be negotiated between Infused Dance and the client to be held within the current term. Cancellations made within the 6 -12 hour period prior to the lesson start time, forfeit the lesson and will not be eligible for a make up lesson. Group classes will not be made up when a student is absent unless the student is invited to an alternate lesson.

  • Where Infused Dance cancels a class for any reason Infused Fitness & Dance in its sole discretion will decide whether it is appropriate to offer a make up class or provide a refund as an alternative. If there is a case where only one student is present to a class or only one student is coming and the other class member are absent the class will be canceled and a credit, refund or makeup will be available.

  • Infused Dance may at times take photos or videos of dancers for promotional use only. Infused Fitness & Dance will only do so in the most appropriate and professional dance settings.

  • An enrolment fee of $35 per student. This will be included in your initial invoice from Infused Dance. This fee is paid annually.

  • Your enrolment in Infused Dance will be cancelled should any of the following occur; While any of our invoices remain unpaid If you fail to comply with any reasonable discretion issued by any staff member of Infused Dance.
